My 93yr old aunt has used GA medical for hospital transport on two occasions now. Matthew for the first journey and Rob the second. Both provided a highly professional and caring service. This included meeting my aunt at her home and assisting with the safe use of her stair lift, staying with her for the appointment and safe return to her home. Family also received important feedback relating to how the appointment went. This is the solution to hospital appointments my aunt had been looking for, for a long time. Will definitely use again. When I was faced with a dilemma about being unable to accompany my elderly father to a hospital appointment, I contacted G A Medical who I found by doing a Google search.
After making initial contact, with details of my request, Rob Williams replied very quickly.
He gave me comprehensive details of the service they could provide. We agreed which service was required; door to door transport for my father to/from GRH and Rob kindly chaperoning and taking extremely detailed notes of the consultation. Which he emailed to me the same day of the appointment.
To say I’m impressed with the service provided is an understatement. They made the whole process run smoothly and gave me much needed peace of mind.
My Father also said how reassuring and supportive Rob was.

I would like to give GA Clinic‑Link a 4‑star rating. We don’t feel they charge a lot for the great service they offer. My wife didn’t want to go to her hospital appointment because of fear and anxiety, but the service provided by Clinic‑Link was amazing. She was looked after so well and actually enjoyed her appointment in the end. I would highly recommend the chaperone service. We have already booked our next three appointments and will continue to do so.
