Why was GA Medical established?

We saw that the NHS patient transport service was under real pressure—staff shortages, delays, and stretched resources, especially in remote areas. This made it harder for many patients to get the reliable, timely, and compassionate care they deserve.

We also noticed that patient transport often felt like just a ride, missing the genuine care and attention people truly need. That’s why we created GA Medical—a service run by paramedics who know what real care means.

Since 2024, we’ve been preparing to launch in 2025 a patient transport service that puts your safety, comfort, and individual needs at the heart of everything we do.
