At GA Medical EMS Limited, we know that getting to an appointment is only half the journey — for many people, waiting alone can feel stressful, overwhelming, or even frightening. That’s why we’ve introduced our optional Companion Service, designed to give clients comfort, reassurance, and dignity throughout their visit.

When booked, one of our professional, uniformed staff will stay with your loved one during their appointment or while they wait, offering:

• Friendly conversation and a calm presence.

• Reassurance in busy or unfamiliar hospital or clinic environments.

• Peace of mind for families, knowing someone is there.

This is a non-clinical service — our companions do not provide medical treatment or personal care, meaning their role is simple but powerful: to ensure that no one ever feels anxious, isolated, or unsupported when travelling with us.

The Companion Service is available at just £15 per 30 minutes, making it an affordable way to add an extra layer of comfort and security to your transport booking.
