Travel with Confidence
Welcome to Clinic-Link Transport, part of GA Medical EMS Limited. We understand that getting to an appointment is only half the journey, and for many people, it can be stressful and overwhelming. That’s why we’ve created Clinic-Link Transport and our dedicated Companion Service, providing comfort, reassurance, and dignity every step of the way with our fleet of wheelchair accessible vehicles.
Our service is designed to support customers who are ambulant or use a wheelchair, ensuring safe, reliable travel and calm companionship throughout their appointment.

Every Step With You
Our professional, uniformed colleagues are DBS checked, first aid trained, and dementia aware, offering friendly, calm companionship from pick-up to drop-off. We provide a reasonably priced, high-quality service, giving customers and their families peace of mind at every stage of the journey.
Our service is designed to stay with you for the whole journey, not just providing transport, but escorting you to the correct department, booking you in with the clinic reception, waiting with you until you are seen, and liaising with clinic staff on your behalf. Once your appointment is complete, we will immediately transport you home. This removes the stress of uncertain pick-up times and eliminates unnecessary waiting, so you’re never left feeling anxious, rushed, or alone.
Customers may also choose a transport-only option if preferred. This provides safe, dependable travel, with flexible return times that can occasionally vary. For the most reassurance and continuity, we recommend our full companionship service. For those who want certainty, reduced waiting, and continuous support, the full service offers the smoothest and most reassuring experience.
Families and customers alike benefit from a reliable, personal service built on trust, professionalism, and care.
"I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received from your company. Their team went above and beyond to meet our needs and exceeded our expectations."
